The vast majority of my clients will be unaffected by my Code Of Ethics.

I am happy to produce sites for any individual, group, company or organisation regardless of race, colour, religion, political persuasion, disability or sexuality.

Controversial or adult themes are perfectly acceptable and will be discussed fully with the client prior to work commencing.
I do not however allow my work to be used for the following types of site:

• Any site that incites racial, religious, gender-based, or sexuality-based hatred or violence.
• Any site that promotes inhumane treatment or cruelty towards animals.
• Any site encouraging the sexualisation of children in any form.
• Adult sites promoting non-reciprocal sexual violence against any gender.
•  Sites where the express purpose is to defame an individual or group (flaming sites)

General

I reserve the right to refuse to work on any site which I feel contravenes my personal ethics.

Any form of aggresssion, harassment, bullying or expressions of racial/gender/sexuality based hatred are not acceptable  and will result in the immediate termination of service with no guarantee of a refund of any monies paid in advance.

Site Content Changes by Client

Most of my sites include content management which enables the client to change the content of the site.  Any site which is subsequently altered by the client to include any of the themes listed above will break the terms and conditions of the design agreement.  I will actively seek to have my design work removed from the site with no refund to the client. This includes potential legal action.
