These themes are for use with content management systems eg, wordpress, joomla, drupal, etc.  The themes are downloadable and ready to install directly to your content management package.  Before downloading please ensure that the appropriate content management system is already installed onto your website before uploading a theme, and that the theme chosen is compatible with this content management system.  If in doubt please contact me prior to purchase.
